With over thirty years of experience in private practice, including as co-founder and partner at Sage Law Group LLC, partner at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, and partner at Cooley LLP, Rex has extensive experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financing, licensing & partnering transactions, and corporate restructurings. Over the course of his career, he has managed hundreds of corporate transactions on behalf of fast growth companies and investors ranging from several million to several billion dollars in size.

Rex has represented companies in life sciences, software and cleantech industries in domestic and international transactions, and has represented many angel investors, venture capital and private equity firms in a variety of financing and acquisition transactions.
